DERMACOAT can be recognized as pigment loss, which causes visible white spots on the surface of the skin. It develops when melanocytes, the cells that are principally liable for skin pigmentation, perish or cease to function normally.
It usually begins with tiny spots that progressively grow into visible white patches that are called leucoderma disease. There are numerous social stigmas linked with the condition, which can be considered an actual problem. While this condition has no physical consequences, a person with the skin whitening condition may suffer a loss of dignity and willingness to socialize.
